At The Sadtler Agency, community has always meant showing up with heart, especially for families who quietly carry extraordinary responsibilities every single day. That is why we are honored to support Jill’s House as our Community Cause for the next three months.

Families raising children with profound intellectual disabilities give endlessly of their time, energy, and love. Daily routines many of us take for granted can feel like uphill climbs, and true rest is often out of reach. Jill’s House exists to change that story. Through short term, overnight respite care and holistic family support, they create space for rest, renewal, and relationships that truly matter.

At their “respite resort” in Vienna, Virginia, and at camp locations across the country, kids ages 6 to 18 experience safe, joyful, and personalized stays filled with activities designed just for them. Every child is celebrated, understood, and cared for with dignity and compassion. While the kids are making memories, parents are given something incredibly rare, the chance to sleep through the night, enjoy a quiet meal, go on a date, or spend one on one time with their other children. These moments are not small, they are lifelines.

This year, Jill’s House celebrates 15 years of impact, hope, and faithful service to families who need it most.
