The Newington Forest Community Association (NFCA) is like a small city-run almost entirely by volunteers. The Association is managed by nine members Board of Directors. The Association’s duties include maintaining the common grounds and streets in our community, enforcing the Covenants and By-Laws; maintaining and operating recreational facilities; providing services such as trash and snow removal; and preserving and protecting the property values of our community. The Board members are elected to one-year terms at the annual meeting each February.
